What is Wisdom Healing Qigong ?

Zhineng Qigong was developed by Dr. Pang Ming, a Qigong grandmaster trained in both Western medicine and Traditional Chinese Medicine. In the 1980's he founded the world's largest medicine-less Qigong hospital known as the Huaxia Zhineng Qigong Training and Recovery Center. Taught as Wisdom Healing Qigong in the US by Master Mingtong Gu, whom Ilka studied with at the Chi Center in Petaluma, CA and Santa Fe, NM. Ilka has been a certified level 2 Qigong instructor for 11 years, teaching weekly groups at outpatient medical facilities in the San Francisco Bay Area to both medical providers and patients, and to Qigong students in the wider community. 

Through scientific research and more than 40 years of practice, Wisdom Healing Qigong has developed into a comprehensive system of working with energy to improve health conditions and enhance wellness. Classes include mindful movement, sound healing, guided meditation and energy healing.
